Chromoly Flywheel/Flex Plate

I am in need of replacing the clutch on the KL-DE (2.5L V6) engine in my 92' MX-3 and would prefer to replace the flywheel/flex plate rather than resurfacing the existing one. I have ordered a Centerforce Stage II clutch and was going to use an aluminum flywheel; however they are cost prohibitive for me at this time. I came accross a chromoly flywheel at about 40% less cost than a aluminum version and weighing in at about 12lbs. It seems as though it's a good value but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with such a product before I purchase it and have it installed.

Thanks in advance for the information!

I too am interested in reasonably priced lighter flywheel, will be dropping M/T soon (as soon as I figure it out; could only get Haynes for MX-6, and don't 'see' how to seperate cradle and mounts from tranny. Suppose I leave M/T bolted to engine, while supporting engine and driver's side end of tranny...

Just out of curiousity, where is the flywheel being sold at? Any links or pics? Haven't heard of that personally.
