I'm looking into having a local machine shop make some... I just need a template really. :/

If enough people show interest, I'd be more than willing to setup a group buy... I can get a pretty good price, my dad knows the owner pretty well and regularly orders 1,000+ unit projects from the guy. If enough people are interested to make it cost effective, I would put in the leg work for it. I would love a set myself!

hmmm why dont you start a post ? but i think you should gather some data
how many ppl minimun for group buy how much the cost for each unit (at
least a nearby price to the final price) and an example unit to show ppl
some pics of the final product! i sure am in and i thing at least 3 or 4 guyz
here in greece with the same intrest

I plan to, I just need to find a template... would my OEM plastic kickplates work? I don't know if the measurements are exactly the same, but mine are in great shape if that helps.

Only diffrence between the Plastics and the SS ones is the plastic mounting clips.


The plastic ones just have a push down clip in 4 places.
The SS ones, have 2 clips that have like a reverse self tapping hole.


the units themselves are the same from what I can see

(Going off 1 set'o'plastics and a set of SS Eunos kick plates)

Oh!! Do you think you could post or send a picture of the reverse side? Possibly next to a Tapemeasure? I just want to know the EXACT location of each clip and the holes as well.
