Hey guys what's the best manual transmission fluid for the v6 tranny can that gm syncro mesh be used

Guys it's cool. I'm not stressed about the sunroof thing. Ramsen didn't do anything to me and I'm square with the other guy.

full synthetic 75-90, then you wont need any additives. Mine ran the smoothest with royal purple, but then again it also developed alot of leaks afterwords so Im not sure if its a foaming oil so you might want to stick with mobil 1 or valvoline. Just dont use the cheap stuff lol

Running synchromesh on the turbo tranny with the mazdaspeed LSD
with no problems. Works great.
