KLZE Service Manual

Hi everyone. I was just wondering, does Mazda sell or mail out "manuals" for the KLZE engine? I plan on rebuilding and refurbishing the used engine and need to know all of the clearances, torque specs, tolerances, various other specs, yada, yada, yada... Will they send or sell me the information?

If I could go into the city (Calgary, Canada) and order it right from a Mazda dealership or office that would be great. Directly from Mazda. In english... lol

Think any of my local engine importers like JDM Source could point me towards a good source?

Thanks guys, Chris

I have never seen or heard of a manual specific to the ZE engine. The K8 torque values are all the same and I would follow the K8 manual for clearances with confidence as well.

This is a helpful thread...http://www.mx6.com/forums/2g-mx6-genera ... de-ze.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You can purchase the 93-97' MX-6 manual from a Mazda dealer for about $90 I'm told. That would be your best bet for getting the most accurate information.

@wytbishop

That is what I suspected. Thanks for that thread, it will come in handy for some print outs. I actually downloaded a pdf of that manual for the mx-6 but I think I am going to buy it because I want the actual book to work with. I have seen a book on the ZE, except it was in Japanese.... :'(

Thanks for the help guys

That's a little large for most emails. Maybe next time I am in your area I can swing it and get it put on a usb key.

Someone see if Flyer can host it on his webspace. He is hosting the Gseries tranny rebuild manual for me. Barry of Greg could easily put it somewhere on the main site if you could ftp it to one of them.

Yeah there's a lot of goodies that could get posted on the main site. I happen to have the real 1992 workshop manual at home and a chilton one too so that's nice.
