Cannot get B6 to start

So I am kinda in a panic here as I need to leave soon so time is of the essence here.

I had to put in another b6 motor into my sisters 323.. The motor I got is from a 92 or 93 mx3.. same engine it seems except the injectors are black and not red and the alt/crank pulley use a ribbed belt instead of a V belt..

Anyways, I have spark and I have fuel going to the rails (if I pull the line off gas blows out everywhere). It will not start, I think that the fuel is not coming out of the injectors for some reason? I try to start it for abit and the plugs are not wet at all.. I even pulled a plug to see if fuel will shoot out of the cylinder but I didnt see anything. I have the injector harness plugged in, is there something I am missing? I made sure the fuel lines are on correctly (filter line on firewall side and return line on the rad side). Anyone help me out?

Could timing play a factor here? The disty is from the old motor and is a REALLY tight fit to get in, seems that you can only install it one way though, not possible to turn the dizzy 180 degrees correct? I tried but it didnt seem to want to go like the v6 distys.

Any insight would be helpful.

Fuses!

codes?

Lube that disty?

should only go in one way.

firing order correct? looking into the bay the cylinders are

1-2-3-4

edit,

the firing order is 1-3-4-2

Cap can be seen: http://mx-3.com/manuals/showimg.php?fil ... /G-029.gif" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I know, Solo and I went over this already. that is the cyl order, the firing order is, like you posted, 1-3-4-2.

The cap can also be seen in the G section, around page 30ish...

Okay... I've just tried wiring up the ignition according to the link that I posted, and the distributor order on G-30 or wherever. They're horribly wrong. I just found this out. The car won't fire up like that.

Here's a link to a thread that I found by Tunes67 saying essentially the same thing. Is this stickied??
