VAF Help

Hey Guys! I have searched and could not find out everything I need to know. First of all My VAF JE50 took a crap on me so I went to AutoZone and Ordered a new one. Price was $320 before Core but the question I have is on the picture it shows Part Number as KL02 not JE50. I have a k8 everything stock except the intake. I know the KL02 will plug in, but will it run right with my setup?

Edited-Fixed JE30 to JE50

It will run but not right, you need the JE50. How the hell did they get KL02 instead of JE50? MX-3s don't use KL02s stock.

I am sorry I ment JE50. It shows up online as kl02. If it comes in and its a kl02 should I get them to take it back or keep it?

Give it back. If it comes and it's KL02 tell them you need a JE50. Man you should have just went to a junkyard, or bought it off somebody here. You shouldn't have to pay more than 50 bucks for one of those.

I have two JE50's if you need for MUCH less than $320...

How do you know the VAF is the problem anyways??

My Car Idles at 2500rpm warm or not and after it gets warm, it starts the jumpy idle from 2500 to 1000 and back again. I pull the codes and I get 8, 10, and 16.
I have read on here it could be my intake so I replaced it with a short ram intake and has no change.

It was the right part so I kept it. It got rid of the problems but I still have Code 16.

You may have kept it, but they're keeping your $250.
