Anyone have / had / used / installed one of these alarms?

Its a 2way LCD paging system, brand name seems a bit off, not may reviews to read ..

I found it for 80$

google doesn't seem to think highly of it... 30 day warranty too...

I dunno... quality control with off brand alarms scares me...
