Small question concerning VACUUM

I've got a small question concerning vacuum I compared the diagram from the manual with my car and there is a small difference - two lines are swapped (on this picture they are marked with blue and red color http://images42.fotosik.pl/118/6880364222739e70med.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). I tried to change them to make it similar with the manual but nothing changed in the way car runs - I triend to disconect them on engine running but there is no sucking and blowing in them - is it only my opinion or is there something wrong with vacuum lines in my car?
Forgot to mention - I blinded the EGR in the exhaust mani.

What did you do to the EGR?

Make sure the lines run from the proper components to the proper solenoids.

I already had it done by the previous owner when I bought my mx-3 the EGR was removed (not sure whether it has anything to do with the vacuum) from the exhaust manifold.

Here is a new picture is everything the way it is supposed to be? (I mean red to red blue to blue and green to green)

Is it normal that the lines from EGR SOLENOID are "empty" no air going through them in any direction?

Sorry for bumping same post again - but I'm kind of desperate to get the answer : EGR SOLENOID consists of VENT and VACUUM - are both lines from air filter and EGR VALVE connected to the VENT or not? thanks in advance for help - some m......er (previous owner) messed up the lines in my car and It's taking me ages to figure that out....

remember this. egr is for emissions.
you dont have to have it hooked up.
it doesnt really do much.
alot of us on here leave it unhooked.
i know mine is :)
