Ebay...ranging from $3 to $125. Many to choose from. Buyer beware.

I bought one on ebay for $16 shipped. Can't go wrong. They're like the exact same design as the B&W ones.

lol... that seems to be what they are saying.
A shifter is a shifter man, cant really screw up.
I hear the ebay ones may break if you really like smashing the gears, but thats just for noobs who dont know how to shift.
