No, man. FWD vs RWD. totally different transmissions.
If you want a tranny upgrade, get a G series out of an Escort GT, or any other car with a BP.

I can pull them myself for $75 at my local yard.
Any 323, protege, escort... any of those with a B series motor have a tranny you can use. They're dime a dozen.

IF the tranny actually has 114 miles on it...not 114K miles...$275 would be a very good deal on a recently rebuilt tranny. However for a USED tranny with 114K miles, that is just on the high side. You are paying for the guy to pull it and stuff and Ryan's right...you can pull one yourself from any 323, Protege, Escort GT of the right year at your local DIY wrecker. My wrecker charges $125 for trannies. I would not pay more than $200 for a pre-pulled tranny. BArter with the guy...you might be able to do better.
Does it actually have one hudred and fourteen miles on it? Can that be proven?
