how do u set the timeing on 1993 mazda mx3 1.6 4 cylinder

yeah i need help in setting my timing for my cam and crank on my mazda mx3 anyone know ? maybe got some pics on it where they need to be set i know there are 2 marks on the cam gear where the timing belt goes and on the crank how do u set em

there are marks to align them with.
