[WTB] Tensioner Pulley

Apologize for lack of detail but It's for my female friend. So looking for the 'tensioner pulley' for a 1995 GS.
No clue how much these go for so please put a price if you have one.

Power Steering. There are two belts, one for alternator and waterpump, and one for power steering... I don't remember which loop A/C goes on.
either way, both loops have a tensioner. the alternator one is access from topside, ps from bottomside.
