I need the Top Transmission Mount Bracket for a manual (5 spd) V6 MX-3. I completed the ATX to MTX swap and now I need that top bracket since the ATX one doesn't have the right holes. Please PM me if you have one. The bracket connects the drivers side mount to the top of the tranny.

I found mine on a 93 escort GT at the boneyard...Or a protege LX will work, both have the gseries trans and fit our chassis. A little easier to find in the boneyard than a GS...hope that helps

I have not seen what the MTX mount looks like (since I had an ATX one before).

no thats for a BF chassis or something. You can use the auto mount from your gs, you really just need the spacer plate that goes in between that and the trans. I will take a pic of mine. I STRUGGLED for weeks tring to find out what the heck was up with this mount thing but now that I have it straight i will be glad to help. I will upload a pic of it asap, unless u wanna pm me your phone number and i will just send u a pic message

Respinded to your pm. If its true that the protege lx and escort gt with G series is the same I can get rid of mine on the mx. Just need a confimation that they are also you have to wait for me to pull the motor which will be most likely next weekend
