MX-3.com

Hey... Im De from MS. I have three MX-3's one purple: 6 cyl manual trans GS with sunroof and al the bells n whistles, one white: 6 cyl automatic minor bells no whistles, and another white: 4 cyl no nothing (YET) I had not thought about joining any group or club with this car untill i took the white 92 automatic in for a transmission check and they talked me into pimpin out my car. I originally got this car because it was thr first car i had a photo shoot with in my first modeling job in Portland OR. Im now in MS and these cars are everywhere. SO i got the purple 93 first, then the white 92 (for 200.00) from some chic that couldnt remember to put oil or water in it. I think she thought it drank from a mud puddle while she was away. She later found out it didnt. So i found another motor (94) to put in the 92 and have been having trouble with transmission adjustments ever since. I came here to find after market tail lights and heads lights that would be kicka$$ on my cars and would actually fit and work. I know you guys can direct me to some good ones. I get the white car back in a week. Then im going with a crown royal theme on the purple 93. The white car has zebra interior and YES... i will take pics. Give me another week or so. Im not camera shy, i asure you. LOL!

How long have you been collecting mx-3's? Alot of us have 2, most have 1, but hardly anyone has 3!

WOW... thanks for all the BIG welcomes. I didnt think three would have been such abig deal. These are everywhere here. There in the junk yards and the pull a parts here. If you ever need a part give some of the Jackson area salvage yards a call and i could go pick the part up for you and mail it to you like i do for my brother in AZ. Anyway, I like theme cars or projects with a specific look in mind. These cars are so good with gas milage.... why doesnt everyone have atleast one? LOL! I hit a hog the first night i got my purple 93. I was so crushed. But the guy whom helped me from the ditch (Chris) was super cool and he knew all about these cars. He wanted my stock rims. I told him he could have them for helping me that night. I had his number and i called many times but his GF wasnt to pleased... i don't think he got the messages. But if he is out there, i have both sets of rims (innies) & (outies) he can take his pick.

Aftermarket tail lights: 4 style of supra / altezza tail lights can be found on ebay; chrome, black, CF look, smoked
Also, stock euro-spec lights light up a little nicer and some (including myself) have gone the kouki/FC look. (stock lense overtop a altezza housing)

Aftermarket headlights: projector headlights are now available, couple different styles (vertical l.e.d. vs horizontal l.e.d.); Chrome and yes, they come in BLACK Can also be found on ebay.
Also, euro and jspec h4 headlights look nicer and can be "black-housed"
