That looks insane! It'll polish out though!!
Soz that's the wrong side of the road to be UK.
Looks either German or Dutch to me due to the plate format.
Can sort of just make out a D in the blue banner on the plate, Deusland = Germany.

It's a Dutch car. Yellow plate with black numbers. Germany is white plate with black numbers
