Soz that's the wrong side of the road to be UK. :D

Looks either German or Dutch to me due to the plate format.

Can sort of just make out a D in the blue banner on the plate, Deusland = Germany.

It's a Dutch car. Yellow plate with black numbers. Germany is white plate with black numbers ;)
