Spare plugs on the wiring harness 1993 GS?

I found two plugs that weren't attached to anything on the top rear end of the engine and haven't been able to find out if its normal... anyone know if this is okay?

Are they the same? There are 2 plugs for the EGR system. 2 plugs for the VICS actuators.

They don't appear to be the same and I can't seem to find any spare plugs on the engine where they might fit, the two connectors are different colors, one was white, the other i believe is light blue, but im going off memory from a while ago, i'll double check tonight

White and blue makes me think VRIS. Are they big 2-pin connectors?

yup deffinatly the VRIS. they plug into two plastic air valves... if K8 its behind the intake manifold. ZE should be on the left side of the Intake Manifold. I belive same goes for DE.
