Disassembling the AC control painel

Hello guys....
The lights from the AC control painel doesn't turn on any more!
Does anyone know why!?
This weekend i've disassembled my gauges, and I want to disassembly the AC control painel too, but I couldn't.....
I tryed to push it, but it didn't move.....
Can you help me please!?
