I have a free mx-3 that doesnt run pm me if interested

My mind explodes with all the details.

i have a mazda mx-3 doesnt run its on stealies and will need to be towed o yea its only the four cyl
what it needs that i know of:
suspension all the way around
drivers axle
has a leaky oil pan
doesnt have the ignition setup in it
has some rust on quarter panels
some new shift linkage
needs water pump belt put on
and thats all that i know of could be more but idk
i just want it out my garage becuase i have two and that one is just sitting around
about 200xxx on the body but the motor was prety strong
location near detroit title is clear and in hand come and get it!
the under body is rusty but its only on the lip for jack stands if that makes any sense
the only two good things brand new alternator and clutch
