Interesting paint scheme

Post by Stonefly »

I was thinking about unique paint colors that would look good on the mx-3 and are really simple to lay down... i was thinking i would go flat beige on the bottom half of the car and a flat balck up top... for the beige i was thinking the military's sand color... any comments or ideas?

The shamoo/curves/rounded blue designs reminds me of the one mx-3 that was awful! The snout hood...evo front bumper...yuck.
It's still for sale btw, haha! The fool is still asking $3000 for it! http://bloomington.craigslist.org/cto/1300914150.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I guess he got tired of posting pics though.

I recommend solid colors only, the mx-3 does not have any sharp lines on it to allow you to do a 2 tone paint scheme.
If you must do a 2 color paint scheme the only thing i can even say looks remotely good is going panda (white car with black hood/roof/possibly hatch)

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Well, on my car I did a blue/light blue fade down to the bottom of the car, and I think it turned out pretty good, but that's just me. Some people may not like it.

If you go beige go flat or "satin" so that its not high gloss, would look sick :)

Your paint schemes are ugly but your car is a hella nice

Jeff's old car was also really good look

There was also another MX3. It had a wing and it had "MazdaSpeed" painted on the rear hatch. Aswell as a tint job that completed the word "MazdaSpeed". It was painted black/blue/grey. The colors faded together.

It looked like a nice rally car.
