Side Mirror Fade?

I'm new at posting on this forum but i've been reading a lot of posts.

Anyways, I was wondering what I should do with my side mirrors. I'm a noob still so I don't have experience with painting and sanding or what not. I believe the side mirrors are faded and plastic?

Design and create a prototype for carbon fiber mirror housings. Become a hero :P
