I'm currently working on the rear bumper... no the main part of the car will stay silver.
The parts that will be blue are, Front Bumper, Side Skirts, Back Bumper, Spoiler and Mud Flaps :D

I'm not crazy about it either, but there's no need to bash the guy.

He's taken the time to start a worklog and share his progress, it's not like he's trying to show off in the images section.

Just be easy on the guy, it looks like he did a decent job on the painting. (Even though it's not our taste)

The paint work looks pretty good. Unfortunately that's where it ends for me.

Hmm if it was a smooth flowing line of kit the whole way around you'd get away with it, but those lines are a bit crazy for me. For example I think it'd look better if only the bottom half of the skirt was blue-just the bottom edge... It looks like you have stolen someones body kit to me at the moment! I think you should keep going and do the whole car ;)

Or two-tone the whole car. Blue up to the door handles or something.

NO!!! 2 tone belongs on cars that have hard lines and can pull i off a lot better, the mx-3 has a nice flowing lines to it, the only way you could do a 2 tone on our car is the same way most cars that have similar shapes are, and that's basically going panda. Hood, roof, and hatch, anything else wouldn't look very good unless you had some hard lines.

as for the blue JESUS!!! please, please stop, will you please? that blue has never looked good on a car, and never will, its like official Ricer blue.

I'll be the nice guy here. Do what you want. Make the car the way YOU want it to look. Don't let others' harsh judgments make you do different. If you like it, that's all that matters.
