Was the Garnish ever an option on the GS or is it strictly spoiler GS, Garnish RS?

The GS spoiler was an option on the RS, as well as the optional RS wing.
I don't believe I've ever seen or heard of a factory garnish-only GS

In the US:
GS came standard with the lip spoiler.
The simple garnish was only on the RS, with the RS raised spoiler option if desired.
