over-fueling

rite guys its now running, but over fuleing like hell, one u can smell the fuel an 2 got black smoke comng out the rear.

i have the kl02 air flow on a 2.5 v6 if i put the je50 on would this help?
as i only got a temp pipe between throtle and airflow till my pipe work turns up from the states

if you have a klze running on a obd2 u have to run the kl02 sensor

i have a 2.5 klze/de. was running on a kl02 b4 i put it in my car but it seamed to be running really really rich, but now put the je50 on it and seams to have sorted the problem, will it run ok? or will this bugger it up, its running on OBD 1

obd 1 i think u do stay with the je50 i know with the obd2 has to be kl02

Ramsen, we have 1997 MX-3s here in Australia, they still use JE50 and are OBDII.

Anyways....

what ECU is used here? If it is chipped ECU or a KL31/36 and it's looking for a JE50, then use a JE50. If it's a DE MX6 ECU, use the KL02 VAF.

Basically, if you use the wrong VAF for your ECU, the car will simply not idle steady at all.

well i will run it how it is, its helped all round with idel and overfueling
