It's a shame.. he seemed like a really nice guy and we swapped stories, shared jokes.. Didn't seem like a scammer at all.
But, I paid him over 3 months ago for an A/C system, and even bit a $30 charge from western union to pay him quickly (since he didn't want to use paypal). Nothing. Excuses like "he didn't have time" or he forgot or whatever... and now he doesn't log on anymore, or answer my PMs.
I hate leaving bad feedback, but it looks like I've been screwed again. This is the second time I paid someone ($150 and then $200usd) for an A/C setup (excluding compressor) and they took my money and ran.
Sigh.

Ah, I don't think he's a scammer.. I think he just got himself in a position where he couldn't (afford to?) send it, and couldn't afford to give me my money back.
He seems like a good guy otherwise. Still aggravating. In any case, it prompted me to build a peltier electric A/C unit, so we'll see what happens.

That doesn't dispute the fact of his integrity. If he became caught up in something, then at the least, he should be honest and tell the buyer. Without doing that and keeping a person guessing, simply makes him another scammer. I'd be hunting him down, nice guy or not.
