[FS] Euro H4 glass headlamps spare parts

Post by Mooneggs »

This FS is for a set of very good condition H4 euro mx-3 RHD glass headlamps SOLD. I also have some parts from headlamps available as well (look below for pics of the spare parts)

Paypal - mx3fanatic@yahoo.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Money orders can be accepted as well

mx-3 euro RHD glass headlamps SOLD- passenger side has 3 good mounting points, drivers side only has 2, but I am including the broken tabs (seen in pics) you may be able to repair. I am also including the H4 bulb harnesses (you will need to rewire them from the 9004 setup - very easy to do) The adjusters have broken off but they can be turned easily for aiming with a pair of pliers/vicegrips. The interior oem smooth gray paint is in excellent condition and the glass has no pits or scratches.
Price drop from $200 to $150 USD shipped in the US and $175 USD shipped to Canada.

Here are the other parts that are available for H4 headlamps - since I must post prices I will say $20 USD for each piece + shipping but I am definately open to offers. I also have extra adjuster screws and adjuster pieces if you need them.

As far as I know all of the JDM ones are plastic...

Everywhere else in the world except north america, H4 housings are used for the mx-3, az-3 and presso - some are plastic, others are glass.

i'd so take these if the tabs weren't broken. Are the tabs attached the actual headlight housing or separate like the usdm headlights?

unfortunately the tabs are on the actual housing. it's not 2 part like the USDM design... but I will say that I have a couple of broken tabs on one of the sets on my car right now and they actually don't shake at all and are pretty secure.

In the set I'm selling here the passenger side is fine since it has 3 points of attachment intact, it's the driver's side that has only 2 points of attachment that is kind of sketchy... (4 points of attachment is a perfect set)

I've been thinking I may be able to get some type of plastic welder or something since the brackets broke off clean (not in shards) and then maybe reinforce it with a small metal bracket or something...

if the brackets weren't broken this set would be awesome since the inside and the lenses are more mint than any of my other 4 glass sets  now if I DO take the time to fix these more than likely the price will go back up another $25 at least (for my time and work fixing them) since at that point there will be nothing wrong with them... if you are creative and can fab up some stuff easily this set is for you as it sits right now!

Brackets are easy to epoxy on as long as he has the tabs - its not a big deal!

4 tabs would be perfect, but I ran a set of headlamps (North America spec) that both driver and passenger sides had only 2 tabs each, and I never had any problems  ....But now my newly black-housed glass e-specs are going in  ...Good luck on the sale!, great price too!

I guess I really should fix the tabs... is that why nobody wants them?? :?

back in the day (before projectors) people would have paid a premium for these OEM headlamps...

c'mon people... no more yellowing because of the glass, better light cutoff/output...

haha, i'm working on a new retrofit and would like stock headlights to run until i finish my new headlights. I dont want to go through the trouble of buffing out stock headlights, so i'm interested in yours. PM me a price i can't refuse if you want to get rid of these
