Well i guess its time i get to writing a worklog on this car. I bought this car last fall for 700 dollars. It was filthy on the outside, hadnt been inspected since 2003 and it looks like that was the last time it was washed. It had no engine inside no interior installed just a bunch of random crap in the inside but came with (2) 1.8v6 and a tranny with 6k on the Full rebuild topped off with a new clutch. and also a KLZE.. I Sold the klze to a friend , a fellow member on the forum who helps me with most of my work, he is going to be doing a klze turbo 323. here is how she looked when i picked her up.

glad to see you got a worklog up Chad... so is the outside of the car going to be the same as the engine bay when you are done?

looks great, well done! Were your eyes not burning? Or was it waterbased paint?

Huge points for being very thorough. I like your color selection a lot. This is one of the skills I really wish I had. I would love to do my own bodywork.

Very nice work indeed.

What kind of spray gun did you use? I have a compressor about the same size as your yellow one and I'm afraid it won't be big enough to paint properly.

its nice that you painted the engine bay the same as the body, thats why i stuck with red.
