So.. what years did the RX8 come with the red interior. It was a black interior with red.. and they had that very sexy stormy blue mica color.

I am going to graduate school soon.. and I've always wanted an RX8.. but.. the newer ones from what I've seen don't have that red interior

04's came with that red/black interior my buddy just got one.

now, another question:

do you think the interior is swap-able into a newer RX8? Or is that just a stupid idea... I like the navigation systems in the newer RX8 and really wonder if there is any major differences in the newer RX8's then the older ones.

I'd assume so the platform hasnt changed..
now the other issue is, like in my MS6, I have airbags in the sides of the seats. Will the donor car have them and does the current car have them too? I would make sure 1st before deciding.

Id have them put on aftermarket.

hmm interesting idea i never thought about. I may just have to get an '04 RX8 and then fab in the navigational system and setup.. it would probably be a lot easier
