Weird clicking after starting

I hear this weird, fast clicking sound after pretty much every time I start the motor. It clicks around 10 times after the motor starts, clicking about 3-4 times a second. It doesn't sound like a relay and it's too loud to be one anyway, it's more mechanical-sounding, almost like 2 things rubbing together along with clicking, almost like clicking combined with slight accessory belt slippage, but my belts are tight. Seems to be coming from under the hood. I can get a video of it later today.

So what could it be?

IACs can make weird ticking sounds, mine has been known to, I think it knows I hate it. Otherwise the usual sticky HLA, frictiongear springs, timing belt tensioner.

Probably the IAC then, mine sucks, especially at keeping a steady idle. And i have to set it to idle around 1k because the RPM's drop way too much when coming down and it could stall before it catches.

Will a K8 or KLDE IAC fit my curved neck ZE TB?

HLA's, does it go away when you build oil pressure?

It's not HLA's, mine tick and the sound is completely different. I know for a fact that it's also not the timing belt tensioner or friction gear springs because it's not a ticking noise and I just changed the tensioner.
