Has anyone had any bad experiences?

Im kinda confused... Ive dealt with them before and got my replacement surface for my fidanza immediatelly, this time... its been over a week and a half and no word.. I contacted them and they said trhey shipped priority mail.. but I havent received.


Anyone had a similar problem with them?

no tracking? Demand it! Does priority mail have tracking?

I have had good experiences but last time I ordered he was getting rid of all his fidanza stock and going with Aasco... call him up and see what's going on... he was very nice when I talked with him.

I went to the post office and they told me to wait one more week, and if its not found im SOL.. yay.. :/

Rafi just email me that he has shipped a second one.. WOW
I did promise him that If i get the duplicate order I will ship it back. These guys are AMAZING!

I've heard nothing but good things about RR. I will probably get my clutch line from them, but I think he lost my email, cause it's been about three weeks now. Maybe his mailbox is overflowing?
