My mx3 roof Antenna thats pulls out has kinda broken and its stuck out.

Has any one changed this or upgraded this part.

Someone told me it was a dash out job is this true or can it be down simple ?

as for the antenna, try pulling off the driver...a? pillar panel (the grey one right beside ur head) see if you can pull it back down, if not follow through to see if you can find the antenna wire and tug on it to see if you can bring it down (don't pull too hard, might break it)
this is just a wild guess, i never listen to the radio so i never use the antenna

Not to be rude but it's an antenna. The exclaimations aren't really necassary, it's not like your vehicle is undrivable because of it. Prioritze the job, it's not that big a deal. No more, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would offer the "force it" suggestion, but I see colin is also on this thread and I'm sure he's got more experience than I do.

Take off your A-pillar trim on the inside, undo some screws or clips that attach it to the a-pillar metal.. take out the 2 top screws on the outside base of the car... detatch it from the back of the radio and PULL! Thats how mine came out when I shaved it.

I never knew mine actually could come out untill I pulled on it by accident.

Some Proteges had POWER ANTENNAS! How cool is that? I kinda want one.

Power antena would be nice but I haven't seen one yet that would be slim enough.
