Private messages stays in Outbox all time

Hi
I'm trying to send PM to ray carpart4u regarding the projectors GB. The problem is that messages are in outbox all time - won't go forward! The name/nick is correct as I use reply option on his previous message. What should I do?

They stay in outbox until they are read by the person you are sending them too. In this case he is not reading your PM's

It's 8am over there right now. Granted he SHOULD be at work, but most people I know slack off their first hour of work. He also might start at 9, because their weird over there like that...9am workdays...sign me up!
