Hood not closing properly after accident

Well like i posted a few days ago, i had an accident on the highway in my mx

well i got the mechanical parts fixed, and am in the process of fixing the bumper headlight etc etc.
so i noticed today the hood is shifted too much towards the drivers side, and therefore leaves a gap between the passenger fender and the hood and leaves no distance at all between the driver fender and the hood.

I was just wondering, how the hell do i move the hood back... lol i noticed the hinges are probably the only things that control how the hood stands, but i doubt i can just hammer theme (and i tried a little) to get it back into place.. so what can i do?

any thoughts?

thanks

Depending on how badly it is misaligned, and whether there is frame damage or not, you should be able to adjust it.
The bolts that hold the ood to the hinge have holes that are slightly adustable. Loosen the bolts, shift the hood slightly and tighten them again until everything lines up properly.

Check the Online Shop Manual, for more details. There is also a frame alignement chart for the proper measurements.
