Two things:
1) Who is the current owner of the site and would they allow me to make some changes, and clean up some bad links? (I work for an IT company in chilliwack, I can show you my website credits)
2) I can't post replies in the FS forum .. ?

Firstly, I am the owner of the site.
Secondly, read the FAQ, for more information on site rules and policies. The For Sale forum is restricted to members that have a minimum of 30 posts to there name. At that point they need to manually request access to the For Sale forum.
Thanks,

Hey Jeff,
I did read that but I thought that was to post new topics, not to reply, my bad.
So anyways, did you want a hand with the main page? I can show you some examples of other sites I've done - I can pretty much make it look like whatever you want.
Thanks,
Brendan

This wasn't a comment on your abilites, don't worry. Just offering my services, I work on websites on a daily basis almost, but if it's a pet project then don't worry about it. Thanks.
