Alarm Wiring

I've got one of those idiot proof two wire alarms in there right now, mostly as a deterrent, but on my last vehicle I was playing around with immobilization (the proximity relay replacement that master lock makes is fantastic, but I can't find it for the mx3). I've wired a full alarm system into a vehicle before, with starter, auto locks, trunk, etc... but dashboard diving is not my idea of fun, especially not in a small vehicle. I think that this time around I'd rather just splice an ignition wire and build in an immobilizer, maybe a relay or fob that you need to start the car. After the past week I'm even more determined - so does anyone have any wiring info for the ignition, as in colours or where it wraps around, before I take anything apart?

Here's the list for ignition wires

12 volts - black
starter - black/blue
ignition - blue
accesory - black/red

these are the thicker gauge (12 ga) wires

Let me know if u decide otherwise, i'm in greater vancouver area too.

Pushing in the cig lighter to start the car is always a cool way to go. Wire it so it'll only work when it sees ignition tho.
