Hey all,

i was looking into some small projects i could do to make my mx-3 a little more fun to ride for the time i own it.
and it hit me
how god damned annoying is the radio's spot on the mx3

i have a manual with the circle vents dash (which is particularly ugly) and the radio is an aftermarket. the stick is always in the way of something when im in 1,3 or 5th gear because the radio is placed so damn low! is there any way of moving it up some? without having to do too much cutting preferably.

i looked around and saw someone that had it strangely high compared to mine, or maybe its just their shifter was smaller.



and lets not get me started on the cup holders...

i know what ur talkin about, but i never really had a problem with mine, i find it quite nice, i change the song normally when i'm in either 1st, 3rd, or 5th =P
i get agree with the cup holders, but hey! mine don't even pop out anymore! so whatever, i rarely drink in the car anyways, i'm too focused when i drive

You guys need a deck that has tilt like my alpines do. That makes a massive difference

i love where my deck sits, i dun like them sitting high for everyone to see.

Sh*t can the stereo you have and get a Pioneer with a wireless remote. I cruise around shifting and channel surfing no probs.
You could buy my 95, it has a remote stereo already in it.

get a avic d3 im puttin one in my car for the second time. no problems with it. now i have a x100 in it

rip out your climate control area and stick the deck in there. i dunno what your gonna do with climate control tho....
