Mx3 Bored V6 Throttle Body Question?

I wanted to were I could buy the new plate so I can do the job my self and not have to $200 buck for a whole new because that is a $35 machine shop job.

have the machine shop do it for you... they can cut the plate for you as well.

with the kf tb u have to use a millenia tb gasket. And I still have not recieved my payment for it

Why bored out a K8 TB(55mm) when you can pick up a Millenia TB (60mm) at the junkyard for a few bucks? Then in the future you can bore out the Millenia TB even farther if needed.

You can bolt on the Millenia TB just like that? or anything you have to change?? And is it the Millenia S one or what?? Gimmie details!

Yes, it bolts right up. Only the throttle body from the regular 2.5L KL Millenia will work. I've never tried the MilleniaS one, but I would assume it's different and will not fit.
You cannot use the probe/mx6 ones because of how the IAC is placed.

Awsome! To bad I was at the junkers yesterday... Ahh well I will pick one up next time! The plugs just plug right in??

I am using the cold kit from outlaw to replace the TB Gasket. I would like to take the whole TB a apart any tips outthere the one I brought is very dirty. Yes the TB I am boring out is the Milinia one. So I need the replacement TB flap or plate.

Greg 94 PGT on Probetalk has been boring out KL TBs for years. You could get the whole thing done thru him or he might just get you a plate, you'd have to PM him over there to find out.

I'm having idle problems with my ze bored out TB without IAC... I've been running a k8 bored out TB with IAC for years and it's been fine...
the main difference between the 2 TB's is the throttle cable holder (2 step vs. 1 step)

Your problems consist of them doing it WRONG... lol
