Stalling & jerking...

Ok... So, I get in my car in the morning. Crank it up, and everything is fine.
I start going down the road and as soon as I push the gas down alittle to get up some speed, it basiclly goes no where, like it kinda lost almost all it's power just for a second. Then, It jerks like 2 times. I let off the gas, then press it down again and it doesn't do it anymore. It usally does it when it's cold and the drive after the first start up of the morning. What do you guys think this is?! - Has anyone had this problem?!
Thanks!

Yes actually! When I got my car this summer. it happened quite a bit, especially sitting at a red light than taking off. I drive a 93 1.6 soch. I took out my spark plugs and came to find out they were all shot. (3 broke as i was taking them out) I purchased regular NGK's threw them in and my problem dissapeared. Have you tried this yet?

The only time I've seen that is when the battery was shot...
