Chassis stiffening foam??

Has anybody tried this stuff??

I totally forgot about that stuff!
I've never used it, but was interested.
I'd love to go through, and put in extra welds throughout the car.

Ive thought about this as well..especially that I have put a sunroof in and cut out the rear floorpan.

I have no first hand experience with the stuff but I've heard from a couple of places that it introduces water into the framerail and can cause really bad rust.
also after it dries it becomes really hard and eventually it will crack and rattle like a maraca
