B6-ME to B6-ZE. Possible?? help please

I just got the B6-ZE engine out of a friends miata. I was wondering if it would fit in my 92 MX-3 with the SOHC B6 engine. I am fairly new to Mazda so if it can be done what tranny should i use, ecu, and wiring harness. Any help would be appreciated.
