Speaker wiring?

Hey guys.. Does anybody know the size of the stock stereo wiring i a 1992 MX-3?? How many gauge are they..

It looks like 16 to me. Never read/measured though.

I remember the stock wires being tiny when I had the door panels off, I think 18 or even 20 gauge.

When I put in new speakers, I also replaced all the wires, and used 16 guage, and it looked bigger than the stock... so I do think stock is around 18, 20 guage
