humm first a swap a 95 mazda mx-3 1.6 DOHC into my 94 323

it's okay but it smoke to much like black smoke
run great but stumble when touch gaz and go off

no smoke on start just after 30 sec!
no acceleration possible
all are stuff mx-3 exept pomp gaz??

First guess is that you are running rich.
Could be many things causing this. First off, what air flow meter are you using and which ecu? MAF/VAF? sohc ecu or dohc ecu.
Lets try to get this solved b4 moving forward.
Maybe a picture of your engine bay could help out. If you have vac lines in the wrong order... some odd fpr etc, guys here will be able to point that out.
