Electrical problems from the brake pedal?

When I step on the brakes at a stop my headlights blink once like a shortage and my rpms drop. When I step on the brakes when shifting to neutral or right after shifting to neutral the same problem occurs except this time the car almost dies with rpms dropping almost to 0. Is this the brake booster, master cylinder or something else? :? :?

Check your alternator, ground points/wires, battery terminals ....
