Bought an MSP shift knob from John aka mx3autozam. Paid through bank transfer (EMT) because of his good feedback on here.

Paid Nov 17, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

No proof of shipping, PM's unanswered, MSN messages ignored.

So the shift knob finally arrived - 38 days later.

John shipped it on Friday (19th), got it yesterday (Dec 23)

He's got 2000+ posts, and he gave you feedback... maybe its simply lost somewhere in the mail system...

I hope he's got an excuse for ignoring you.

It just strikes me as very convenient that all his shipments get lost in the mail. It took 2 months for my first refund. I gave him a second chance on another part and am going on 8 months waiting for a refund. Hey, se7en, how about you?

Good of Ryan and Fiero to keep sticking up for him though.

Exactly, 2000+ posts and a good seller feedback was enough for me to trust and pay him via bank transfer. He refused to accept PayPal for some reason.

and today is the 17th day since payment, he promised that he will ship it out later in the afternoon once payment received (Nov 17). Heck I bought a part from the UK, I got it yesterday and it was shipped out only 5 days ago.

You should have spoken up sooner Cody, I guess it was because he's got your money and hoping for a refund that's why you kept your mouth shut?

He's buddy buddy with Matt, a scammer that was banned from the board for screwing over a couple other members. I'd like to say I'm surprised... but that really wouldn't be honest.

Good luck getting everything sorted guys! Never know, maybe there's a good reason for it...

I have his parents email address, and I am sure I can get his work number....

I think he means well, he just is a little too distracted.

That's where I stand. I think he intended to refund me, but as of yet it hasn't been "convenient." He did, after all, refund me on the Altezzas, a couple months after the fact... Hopefully he redeems himself.

Well not to take sides but he is only an hour and a half away from rekognize... So shipping a part would only take 2 days to get at most!

So I called his home # and spoke with his mom; she said he owes her money too wtf
