Anything good on a 1997Ford Escort Wagon for a 94 MX-3 V6GS

Anything good on a 1997 Ford Escort Wagon for use on a 94 MX-3 V6 GS?? My parents bought a new Pontiac Vibe and retired the 97 Escort Wagon. It was a great trouble free car, it is in really bad shape now though with 360000KM and Severe Rust , don't think they washed it once since it was new 
I was wondering would it have anything worth pillaging?? Sway bars maybe??
