hi guys im new to the forum ive been looking to turbo my klze and i see that i would have to change my injectors for the Millenia S ones... but how do i change them do i have to take off my intake manifold???...

Should you really be turbo'ing your car if you have to ask how to change out a set of injectors?

you dont need mille nia injectors for a 5 psi turbo set up.

Get the millenia s injectors to be safe, you would want to run rich if anything not lean.

i'll have a fmu so do i really need them? cuz if not its a 200$ in my pocket lol

DO NOT skip the wideband.


And no.. YOU DO NOT NEED MILLENIA INJECTORS for 5 psi people!



It will run like crap without msns at idle.. horrible mileage.


Just get a REAL NEW VORTEC 12:1 FMU and a fuel pressure regulator.


With the wideband you cant go wrong..


Please people stop saying you NEED the injectors... you DONT for 5 psi...

Long as you run an FMU or some type of fuel management you might be able to get away with 5 psi on the stock injectors but who wants to only run 5psi, youll end up buying millenia s injectors to jack it up to 8 or 9 then youll move on to nissan injectors with megasquirt if you are remotley serious about boosting. But without an fmu or afpr dont attempt to boost on stock injectors there wont be enough fuel.

Oh and hec how long did it take you to set up your turbo stuff? Wernt you having alot of problems?

Yeah I was having alot of peoblems because I was going to what people were telling me here.

I had a beatch of a time to get the millenia injectors, install them. I got a real garret turbo(which was the EXACT SAME as the ebay cartridges)


If I would have done it the dirty way the first time, I would have not had many problems.


I even had an act clutch which lated only 10k miles.

Stage 3 Clutch will be fine although I havent personally drove with a bully clutch.
