i really need a BLACK dash for the MX. im not fond of the after market covers they look cheap. just want OEM. the ones at the junk yard are either heat cracked or just in bad shape. price and shipping to 60139

I painted mine... my whole interior used to be tan/brown

thats prolly what ill have to do too....
mines in good condition its just a ugly greyish tan color...

I would have painted it, but it had a nasty heat crack right down the middle.

If you're close enough to the Hammond/East Chicago Pick-N-Pull, there's 2 mx-3's in there. One is a 92, and the other is a 93, I believe. I recommend going on a Wednesday 'cause of the whole half price thing...

I'm not sure about the condition of the dashes though. Next time I'm up there, I can snap a few pics if you want.

I have a dash in nice shape, 92 but you'd have to wait a few weeks as it's cold out and I hate cold. I need to ask. If I took the cover off can it be bent at all for shipping. How difficult is it to remove, I have most of the dash apart anyway.

Savin that would be awesome and very appreciated if you could take some pics next time your there. ah yes, wonderful Wednesdays at 1/2 price. i walked out of there will some aftermarket headers for my ZE, a 2.5 trans, ECU, and air flow meter for about $110. cant beat that.

Daninski, your pretty far away shipping might be an issue, especially cause that dash wont be any good if you try to bend it . Its not too difficult to take out the dash if most of your plastics are already out. there are a few bolts that brace it to the chassis and you have to unplug some stuff. then remove the dash from is tubular frame. i would gladly accept pics of it. thanks man.
