[WTB] Daytime running lights system (DRL)

I'd like to buy DRL system for my EU-spec MX-3, I need complete system with relays, wiring etc. I'd be grateful for your offers.
If I may ask for description how this system works, does it activate after engine starts or when I turn key to "ON" position? Thank you.
