Help..! I cant lean it out tho...

Now heres my set up..

5 psi

greddy type s bov

tial wastegate
kl36 ecu

Cosmo rising rate fuel pressure regulator

12:1 vortec fmu

Last time i was boosted the reason why i was able to hit 12s.. its becuause i had a vacum leak on the intake manifold...

are millenial injectors an overkill? I cant find any ways to lean it out!

already got the fuel psi at like 5 at idle and its at like 12 af at idle and undere boost its 10:1

the car runs SWEET tho!

You do realize that your using two fuel pressure regulators that are doing almost the same thing?

I would install the stock injectors and just use the fmu.
Now the question is, are you using the stock fuel pump? You need either a walboro or an inline booster pump for the FMU to be effective.

I have a walbro high presure pump,

so the fmu can be considered an extra regulator right? Im going to remove the fmu and keep the regulator.

I got a wideband to carefully monitor the afs

What I would do is, reinstall the stock FPR and injectors along with the FMU.
and go for a spin. monitor your wideband, and report back.

Ok heres what I did, not what I wanted as in reult but i got good ones.

I removed the fmu and left the regulator, the mixture at idle is rich, 10. But under boost i was able tog et it to 12 afs. Runs very good.

Ill dont have the stock fpr tho anymore. Ill try getting a stock one and then using the fmu.

Well if you dont have the stock FPR use the one you have and just set it to stock fuel pressure, and then tune as needed using the stock fuel injectors.
example.

if it runs to rich under boost that way, subtract a couple of psi of fuel from the cosmo, and try to find a happy medium.
If it runs lean add a couple of psi. also what are you doing to control timing under boost? even though it is only 5 psi i would be monitoring the plugs at the very least.

Millenia injectors are a pain to control without megasquirt.

I have the fuel poressure at 15 psi.. YES 15 psi LOL

it runs like 10 and 11 afs at idle but under boost it a nice 12.

its running nice now, no smoke, no black moke, no white smoke, just smoke from the tires burning out. woo!
