MX-3.com

What happen to this forum? A year ago it was booming. Now its like there are only 5 people on a day. If it wasnt for this forum I wouldnt be into MX-3's like I am. Im sad to see from my point of view this forum has fallen. Can someone tell me what has happen here? Or am I just missing something?

There are more group buys going on right now than there have been for the last year or two. Genius minds! (BTW, get in on that stuff. It's sweet.)

I don't know about all that. I've been on at least weekly, if not daily, for a couple years (?!), and it did drop off a couple months ago, but it's moving again, and there is a boom of new people, and more people making stuff for all of us than ever before. A few of the new guys are helping get the ONLY headlight conversion to ever happen, happening. People don't chat like before, but it's still happeneing.

From the POV of benefitting from this forum, this is the best it's been in 4 years.

there is at least a new page of posts every day (I use the view new posts button since I am here every day) so I'm not sure where you are getting your statistics...

Im not saying this forum sucks or anything. I love this place. I didnt know there have been group buys and stuff. It just doesnt seem like its the same to me. I have been without internet for a year or more and trying to get on as much as I can between then and now. Plus im just now getting my life back on track. And im trying to get into another mx3. Im having a really hard time finding one. Sorry guys I didnt mean anything bad by what I said. Just doesnt seem the same to me. Im not giving up on here or giving up on getting another mx3. This is my home away from home.

Well I thank you for the welcome. I dont know if anyone will answer this. But Is there anyone from Oklahoma? And where do I find the forum for my part of the US?

Check out the "On the map" thread. I don't remember exactly what was in the subject line, but I'm pretty sure it was around when you were on last. There are a couple newer members in OK.

I feel like a loner in Oklahoma.

But I thank yall for the help and making me feel like im at home. And I cant believe some of yall remember me.

Why thank you my friend. I should and will be on more often now. And still looking for a mx-3.

When I joined 4 years ago or so, there was a core group of longtime members who really had a lot of things figured out. I think the majority of them have moved on to other cars and other forums and maybe that's the difference you notice.

Things are still happening and there is a new group of core members who I think are doing some cool stuff. I plan to own my MX3 forever. I don't think the MX3 community will ever stop. Eventually we'll turn into those annoying hotrod guys.

I agree with wytbishop's point. Alot of the old school cats (at least in the last few years) lakersfan1, jscwuaren, PATDIESEL (and alot of the MOCA guys), Yoda, etc these guys dont show up much anymore if at all. But everyone has their time and there is new people stepping it up and keeping it real!

Xtreme, I think its time to step into the V6 world bro

I noticed PATDIESEL posted in the Spyder lights thread. He's still kind of around. I miss Yoda and jschr... however you say it...
