is it possible to switch the dash of a 92 rs with like a 94 with the neato vents???

Yes, look at older threads in this section. A few people have done it. There's a write-up or two on how to do it.

But swapping out dashes is like a plecostomus's job...

I just got a crack in my dash from the sun, and I'd like to replace it, if you do swap it any info you learn could be useful to us
